Alyson Aliano is an editorial photographer based in Los Angeles. Originally from New York City, she has lectured at Columbia University, NYU and has taught at UCLA, The School of Visual Arts and New York Film Academy LA.
You can find her teaching teenagers photography in various non- profits, such as Girls Rock Santa, Barbara and training to be a Girl Scout Troop Leader.
Alyson's work explores narrative through subject and place. Fascinated by all humans, Her images are based in reality and informed by color.
She creates work, mostly in stories, with the intention of authencity and respect for her subject.
